Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with N&S West Indies Goodies! Every order is prepared by hand with care. Here is everything you need to know about shipping.

Processing Time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after [2 PM EST] or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders arrive within 2–5 business days in the continental United States. Delivery times may be longer during holidays or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. [We do not ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories at this time.]

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. [Free shipping on orders over $XX.]

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Packaging
All glass jars and bottles are carefully wrapped and protected to arrive safely. Refrigerated items such as Akasan are shipped [with ice packs in insulated packaging] and should be placed in the refrigerator as soon as they arrive.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package and the product. We will replace the item or issue a refund. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will help you resolve it with the carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
